This charming lady was selling steamed sweet potato dumplings. We tried them and they were delicious!
We also tried the local Coedo beer, it was fantastic.
This is a very clean town.

After lunch we returned to the train station to go home.

I really like the old fashioned two story wooden houses like the ones shown in your first picture and the one under "I think it's lunch time." I don't think I had especially noticed them until one day in October 2009 when I was looking for the first station of the Tokaido from the Hiroshige prints, and came across a bit of an old fishing village — a favorite of artists, I think.
