The Fujinon XF 50-140mm f2.8 lens in Action!

I recently bought the Fujinon XF 50-140mm f2.8 R LM OIS WR zoom lens. I thought what better place to test it out than Miura beach. So, here are the results!

The road that runs parallel to the beach is a favorite route for motorcyclists.

Windsurfers are always a good subject for checking out a new lens.

I'm not the only photographer out here today.

Heading out to sea.

There are quite a few girls out here today.

This guy is calling it a day.

The autofocus on this lens is pretty good. Moving targets are not a problem.

Looks like Andy Warhol decided to visit the beach today.

Good wind today for the windsurfers.

My buddy the sand skimmer.

Almost every time I come here on a Sunday this guy is out here doing his thing.

There he goes!

As I leave this part of the beach I look back and he's still going at it.

At this end of the beach a lot more windsurfers have arrived.

It looks like this is a good sport for staying fit.

Blocking the afternoon sun from her view.

I noticed that this girl was having no problems taking care of her gear.

She's taking things a part and...

...heading home for the day.

It's time for me to head home too!

The closest train station was Tsukuihama station. Here comes the train.

I was very pleased with the Fujinon XF 50-140mm f2.8 lens. I'm looking forward to using it a lot more in the future.

Thanks for stopping by!
Mike
