Here come the Roses!

 The tulips are gone and now the roses are blooming. In Yokohama the roses are blooming everywhere like crazy!

Don't walk, run! Better yet ride a bike. Whatever it takes get to Yokohama as quick as you can to see the roses.

Some of the roses are so bright they look like neon lights. 

Dude! You're heading in the wrong direction. Turn around and go to Yamashita park. That's where one of the best rose gardens is.

If this guy wasn't working I bet he'd be at the rose garden.

I have arrived at the rose garden and I'm not the only one here.

She looks like she belongs here.

A red rose with a few drops of water on it from the early morning rain. BTW, I think red roses are the hardest to photograph. They just never look quite right.

There's plenty of good reasons to visit a rose garden.

The roses come in so many colors.

Of course this isn't a rose, I just thought it was pretty.

There are almost as many photographers in the rose garden as there are roses.

Next is the English Rose Garden at the Harbor View Park. 

This park is number one on the list of best cheap date locations in Yokohama.

If you've never been to the Harbor View Park and you're in the area I strongly encourage you to visit. It's free admission, there's a big clean public restroom, there's two flower gardens, and the view of the Harbor is spectacular.

A day in Yokohama is always filled with the unexpected. This is in the Motomachi shopping street.

I always walk through China Town on my way home.

When one is in China Town one is never alone.

Just another pretty face in the crowd.

What do women think when they watch a man eat? It  can't be a very complementary thought. 

What is she thinking? My boyfriend eats like a _____ (fill in the blank).
