Cherry Blossoms along the Ookagawa River - March 2021 part 2

Back with part 2 to wrap this up. When the sakura blossoms are at their peak the river is a magical place.

A lantern blows in the wind.

It's magic because you can walk under this umbrella of blossoms and you never get tiered.

Of course one can ride a bike under the blossoms and have the same effect.

This is where the sightseeing boats turn around and head back down the river.

A man standing on one of the many bridges on the Ookagawa river.

Another bridge, another boat.

And, another person taking a picture.

It's a couples paradise.

Even grumpy old men enjoy the river.

A beauty enjoys the beauty.

Time to see what's happening with the tulips in Yokohama Park.

There's an army of photographers here today.

And, there's a good reason for them to be here.

Yes, it's me, I won't tell you where I am.

It may look like a typical bridge but it's not.

It's not a bridge to far from Motomachi where the foreign cars are plentiful.

Rich people are plentiful here too!

Shall we make a pass through China Town?

Of course, I love China Town.

A lot of other people love China Town too!

After lunch it's time to walk back through Yokohama Park to get to the train station.

If you love flowers, this is the place to be.

She rides the bicycle well.

Last shot of the day: Taxi!

Thanks for stopping by!
